Welcome to Luxe Home Refresh. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual respect.

1. Services

We provide residential cleaning services as described on our website, including:

  • Standard home cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Pre-listing cleaning for real estate professionals

Pre-listing cleaning is intended to prepare homes for staging, photography, and open houses. Please note:

  • We do not provide staging, organizing, or interior design services

  • Homes must be in a cleanable state and accessible, with utilities (water, electricity) active at the time of service

  • If excessive clutter, staging items, or construction debris is present, we may adjust the scope or reschedule at our discretion

  • A walk-through by the realtor or homeowner is recommended prior to photography or listing

Our services do not include:

  • Deep cleaning of hazardous materials

  • Mold remediation

  • Pest removal

  • Biohazard cleanup

If you have preferences or special instructions, please share them when booking. We do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee

  • If we arrive and cannot access the property due to no prior notice, the appointment will be considered a missed service, and a fee may apply

3. Payment

We accept Venmo or cash at the time of service.

  • Payment is due at the time of service

  • If payment is not received within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge a late fee or decline future bookings

  • For realtor services, we may request payment in advance or upon invoice, depending on the agreement

4. Access

You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Please ensure any gate codes, keys, or instructions are shared in advance.

5. Safety

We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe for our team. This includes aggressive pets, hazardous environments, or situations that put health or safety at risk.

6. Pets

We’re happy to work in pet-friendly homes. For the safety of both your pets and our team, please secure animals during our visit.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Follow-up Visits

If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to make it right. Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for follow-up service.

Additional cleaning requests following the original appointment may be treated as a new service and are subject to availability and additional charges.

8. Limitations of Liability

We treat every home with care. However, Luxe Home Refresh is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value

  • Reactions to standard cleaning products, unless notified in advance

  • Damages reported more than 24 hours after service completion

  • Changes in cleanliness due to showings, foot traffic, open windows, or staging that occurs after our team leaves

  • Visual outcomes in listing photos, as lighting, staging, and photography variables may affect appearance

9. No Warranties

Luxe Home Refresh provides all services and website content “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Insurance

Luxe Home Refresh is fully insured. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
